Step 4: Fill in an I-9 Form and Payment Authorization Form
The I-9 form is required for all artists in order to verify employment eligibility in the United States for Product Companies. For more information please see https://www.uscis.gov/i-9
Once you submit the I-9 Form to us, we will keep it on file to submit on your behalf to Production Companies to save you time. The Production Company will need to verify your documents before you begin working with them, so please make sure that you have the documents listed on the I-9 ready to go.

The payment authorization form allows us to collect payments from clients on your behalf. This helps us expedite collection and payment for gigs.

For each of the contracts above, you will need to enter your email address. You will be sent a confirmation email with a link to click in order for you to send the contract to us – if you do not confirm your email, we will not receive the document.
